King Soopers Rewards Program

The Conifer Lobos Baseball Boosters King Soopers Community Reward Program

As of April 1, 2019, King Soopers will no longer use reloadable gift cards to fund community programs. If you have a balance on an existing gift card you can use it to depletion, but you cannot reload it. Cards also cannot be used in King Soopers affiliated stores (Kroger, Smiths, etc.). If you have friends and family using KS gift cards outside of Colorado or at non-King Soopers stores, they will no longer be accepted. The new program is described below.

Everyone needs groceries, so why not let a percentage of your purchase directly benefit your current or future Conifer Lobos baseball player?  For every dollar you, your family, or your friends spend, King Soopers/City Market will give 5% back to the Conifer Lobos Baseball Boosters Club.  5% adds up fast.

NOTE:  Remember, even if you don’t have a player participating in the CHS Baseball program, please consider this as an easy and free way of donating to the entire team.   It truly is a very worthy cause that helps boys learn many positive life lessons, through playing the greatest team sport of baseball.

So how does it work?

  1. Download the King Soopers app or go to www.kingsoopers.com (This program also works for shoppers at City Market. City Market shoppers should download the City Market app or go to www.citymarket.com.)
  2. Set up an account. You may already have a King Soopers/City Market account set up for your reward card, coupons, prescriptions, etc. This is the same account.
  3. Click the menu icon, Rewards, Community Rewards, Search for Organization
  4. Enter Conifer Baseball, click Enroll next to Conifer Baseball Boosters.

The phone number associated with your King Soopers/City Market account (the phone number you enter as you check out to get your rewards) is now associated with the Conifer Baseball Boosters community rewards and 5% of your purchase will be donated back to the boosters.

Friends and family who shop at King Soopers and City Market can also follow the above instructions to link their phone numbers to the Conifer Baseball Program community rewards program.

IMPORTANT:

There is no cost to you for this program. After the account has been linked, King Soopers pays the rewards quarterly to the booster program based on the percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all King Soopers Community Awards Organizations. There are some exclusions including gas, gift cards and lottery tickets, etc.. In order to get credit for the program you need to sign on to the King Soopers website and do a screen print for the amount your loyalty card earns for each quarter. I’ll be sending out quarterly reminders to forward the screen prints for credit.

Even if you are not interested in getting credit for your player, consider setting up this feature on your loyalty card so the booster program can earn money for the baseball program.
