Player Parent Checklist

Below are all the items families need to complete before and during the season, along with relevant dates.

• Register For Baseball – Follow this link
• Sign Player/Parent Standards/Ethics Docs
• Complete a pre-season sports Physical – and submit completed assessment (fall/winter athletes should already have one on file with the school
• Order Team Gear. More information can be found here.
• Purchase Required Equipment
• Purchase Hats – $20/hat, checks made out to conifer baseball boosters. New hats are optional for returning players
• $50 Jersey Deposit Check – to be brought to practice when teams are announced – must be separate from any other check (does not get cashed)
• Sign up for Volunteer Slots
  • Slash Pickup – Sign up for 2 Half-days or 1 full day. Parents and Players should sign up for this
  • Sign up 1 Snack Snack Shift during a game this spring
• Sell 15 at least Rockies vouchers
