ROCKIES VOUCHERS GENERAL INFO:  Attached are the PDFs for the eligible games, seating chart and the instructions to give to your customers (the attachments are at the very bottom of this email).  The Rockies Website to redeem the vouchers will go live the week of January 27th.  

VOUCHER PICK-UP:  We will do our best to be at one winter workout per week as needed.  For January, we will be at CHS on Tuesday, Jan 7th and 14th,  6:30-7:15, Wednesday, Jan 29, 5:30-6:15pm (times subject to change if the practice times change).  If these times don’t work for you please contact Karen at (607) 725-6565 or Christina at (208) 724-7448 to schedule a time to meet. Vouchers will need to be prepaid for.  We accept cash, check or credit card (3.5% will be added to CC sales)  

KING SOOPERS BOOTH SALES:  We reserved some more slots at the Conifer King Soopers for families to sell vouchers.  The dates are 1/11-1/12 and 1/25-1/26 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.  Please sign up HERE.  Everything you need will be provided for the booth sales (vouchers, table, banner, cash box, square/PayPal QR codes).  The first weekend sales were very successful! Let’s keep it going!!

GROUP SALES:  For groups of 17+ people, please contact Karen or Christina to assist you with the sale.  Group sales are the best way to get our vouchers sold. Please feel free to reach out to Businesses, organizations and clubs for some team building, incentives, socials, reunions etc.  We can also reserve sections in advance so that the group will be able to sit together.
