Fundraising

Key Fundraising Initiatives

At Conifer, we rely on a small number of proven, high-impact fundraisers that provide indispensable resources for the baseball program. These efforts are designed to spread responsibility across families while maximizing the overall benefit to the team.

Colorado Rockies Voucher Sales

One of our most important fundraisers each year is Colorado Rockies voucher sales. Proceeds from this initiative make a meaningful contribution to the overall high school baseball budget.

Each family is expected to sell 15 vouchers annually to fulfill their fundraising obligation. That said, the greatest financial impact comes from large group and corporate sales. Families are strongly encouraged to reach into their personal and professional networks to organize group outings—such as:

  • Church or youth groups

  • Boy Scout or community organizations

  • Workplace or corporate events

These larger-scale efforts truly move the needle for Conifer Baseball and help reduce pressure on individual families.

Summer Slash Fundraisers

During three weekends each summer, Conifer Baseball participates in community slash collection fundraisers. Teams of volunteers help clear flammable organic material from properties throughout the Conifer area and ensure it is disposed of safely and efficiently.

This fundraiser provides a dual benefit:

  • The community reduces wildfire risk

  • The baseball program generates critical funding through hands-on volunteer work

Families are expected to volunteer for two half-days during the summer slash events to help offset annual program costs. Dates for this year’s fundraiser will be posted as soon as they are finalized.

Little League Summer Camp

Each summer, Conifer Baseball hosts a Little League Summer Camp for players ages 8–14. Camp participants spend a week on the Conifer High School baseball field learning from our coaching staff, developing fundamental skills, and enjoying a fun, positive baseball experience.

These camps have been consistently successful fundraisers while also serving the broader baseball community by providing young players with high-quality instruction and a memorable introduction to the Conifer program.
